If you have evacuated from Ukraine and received admission permission to a Japanese university, or if you are a university representative supporting such individuals, here is the main information regarding visa processing:
Documents required for visa issuance

Foreign passport:
Passport issuance services have been restored in Ukraine.
Facial photos:
Size 45 mm × 45 mm (2 pieces).
Certificate of Eligibility (COE):
If you do not have this certificate, consult wizalive.in.ua.
University admission permit:
A copy or electronic PDF file can be provided.
Contact details of the university representative:
This may be a university official providing support.
Important for adult males (aged 18 to 60)
During martial law in Ukraine, men aged 18 to 60 must obtain exit permission from authorized bodies. Therefore, additional documents confirming exit permission may be required along with the standard documents during visa application processing.
