    This site provides informational support for Ukrainian citizens wishing to obtain a visa to the Czech Republic with a stay not exceeding 90 days within a 180-day period. If you plan to stay in the Czech Republic for a longer period (more than 90 days), you need to apply for a long-term visa or residence permit directly at the Consulate of the Czech Republic.

    Ukrainian citizens planning to visit the Czech Republic need to obtain a visa to the Czech Republic (does not apply to holders of biometric passports traveling without the purpose of earning income with a maximum stay of 90 days within 180 days).

    A short-term visa allows a Ukrainian citizen to transit through the territory of the Czech Republic/Schengen zone or visit the Czech Republic/Schengen zone for a limited period (no more than 90 days within a 180-day period).

    90/180 Rule

    The Schengen visa follows the “90/180 rule.” This rule stipulates that the total period of stay must not exceed 90 days within a rolling 180-day period. To calculate possible stays in Schengen countries on any specific day, you must consider the 180 days preceding that day.
