We are pleased to inform you that the new registration procedure for short-term visas to the Visa Centers of the Czech Republic will be introduced starting from October 20, 2020.
The registration request will be made by paying the service fee for the Visa Center’s consultation service (12 euros in local currency according to the exchange rate).
Payment can only be made at one of the “Idea Bank” branches and only by the applicant in person (considering the current restrictions on submitting applications for certain categories of short-term visas for all applicants, as well as the submission of short-term work visa applications by non-Ukrainian citizens, it is strongly recommended to check the application conditions as stated on our website before making the payment)
After making the payment, the applicant will be assigned a document submission date via phone (a written confirmation of registration will not be issued).
The status of the registration request can be checked at each stage of the registration process on our website at the address. After the appointment date is assigned, the applicant can view the details of their appointment via the provided link.
